Leadership is a fundamental aspect of the specialist community practitioner role for both the Standards of Proficiency for Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (Health Visiting and School Nursing) (SCPHN) and the Standards of Proficiency for Community Nursing Specialist Practice Qualifications (SPQ) District Nurse (DN) awards.
