Students from a range of backgrounds can access the module and gain academic credit whilst developing skills in relation to reflection on practice and evidencing experiential learning. During this module you will reflect upon and evaluate learning gained from experience. You'll also explore the implications of the learning for your own personal and professional development, and develop an action plan which reflects your role and aspirations.
