What you'll study

This module aims to provide a framework through which students can tailor their learning experience to meet the requirements of their operating environment.

High quality health and social care requires individuals that are not only highly skilled in their own discipline but also able to evaluate key factors and drivers which directly impact upon the experiences and outcomes of service providers and users.

Individuals need to be able to identify and evaluate opportunities and challenges, and prepare for the future.

The module is flexible, and requires a high degree of self- direction on the part of students. It encourages students to translate analysis of environmental factors into requirements and actions.
