About Dr Margaret Nicholson

Dr Margaret Nicholson is a highly experienced management developer, consultant and corporate mentor with an exceptional track record in leading executive education, academic programmes and organisational development initiatives. As Director of Executive Education at the University of Hull, she oversees the design and delivery of high‑impact, bespoke and open‑enrolment programmes in the UK and with international partners.

Margaret has extensive experience directing major programmes, including the Hull Executive MBA and the Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeship, where her leadership strengthened programme quality, learner engagement and industry collaboration. Her work spans both public and private sectors across the UK and the Caribbean, where she has facilitated and led organisational development, change management interventions and strategic capability‑building initiatives.
