Summary

After a successful management career in London, I made a strategic move to East Yorkshire in 2014 to pursue an MSc in Human Resource Management at Hull University Business School (HUBS), graduating with Distinction in 2015.

Shortly thereafter, I embarked on my academic journey at HUBS as a part-time lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. My dedication and passion for teaching led to my progression from a part-time role to a Graduate Teaching Assistant, and ultimately, to a full-time faculty member in 2018. I proudly earned my PhD in May 2024.

Currently, I spearhead Postgraduate teaching as the PGT Education Lead at HUBS, and amongst many other things, I also impart Study Skills and Research Methods to the entire MSc cohort.
