After a successful management career in London, I relocated to East Yorkshire in 2014 and commenced the MSc Human Resource Management course in Hull University Business School (HUBS), completing in 2015 with a Distinction.
Shortly after completing the course I was employed on a part-time teaching contract within the Organisational Behavior and Human Resource Management subject group in HUBS. Following my initial part-time employment contract, I then went on to become a Graduate Teaching Assistant, and then a full-time member of the Faculty in 2018.
My main areas of responsibility are around Postgraduate teaching, where I am the PGT Education Lead for HUBS, and teach on the MSc Human Resource Management course as well as teaching the whole MSc cohort Study Skill and Research Methods.
