Summary
Rachel Cooper is a BABCP accredited Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist, EMDR therapist and Clinical Lecturer on the PG Dip in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (High Intensity Therapy/ IAPT).
She qualified as a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist in 2000, and has clinical experience of working in inpatient units, psychiatric rehabilitation, assertive outreach, community secondary care, primary care psychology and IAPT. Her current NHS clinical practice is in the Department of Psychological Medicine and Humber Foundation NHS Trust. She has experience of CBT supervision both within the NHS and at the University.
Rachel has worked as Clinical Lecturer at the University of Hull since 2009, on the IAPT training programme, and the CBT in Secondary Care PG Dip. As of March 2017, she is the KSA representative on the BABCP Practitioner Accreditation Committee.
