About Dan Wray
Dan was appointed Lecturer in Education at the University of Hull in 2012.
He taught in primary schools for 15 years and worked within senior leadership teams in a number of schools.
Dan worked as a Key Stage 2 Coordinator and co-ordinated mathematics, science, gifted and talented provision, and curriculum development. He also worked as a literacy leader for a local authority.
During his role as deputy headteacher in a primary school, he completed an MSc in Leadership and Learning.
Dan also worked as an associate lecturer on the University's MEd Programme, leading to an increasingly interest in higher education.
