Laura Read

I am a Lecturer in Health Care, currently working at University of Hull. I am a registered midwife and have teaching experience across both Higher Education and Clinical Education within the NHS.

I have taught across Nursing (apprenticeship, undergraduate, and postgraduate), Allied Health Professions, and Medicine programmes, with module leadership and pastoral responsibilities alongside.

I particularly enjoy simulation-based learning and incorporating contemporary learning methods within teaching sessions.
