Book a room The Library has a range of bookable and open-access study spaces. You can use this page to book a group learning room or a seat in the family room in advance of your visit. Group Learning Rooms Book a Group Learning Room with a computer Book a Group Learning Room without a computer You must check-in to a Group Learning Room when you arrive in one of the following ways: by following the link in your confirmation or reminder email by scanning the QR code available on posters in the room by clicking on this link to check in to your Group Learning Room For all of these methods, you will need the three-digit code that was emailed to you on booking. Family Room Seats Book a seat in the Family Room with a computer The Family Room is designed to help you to work in the Library when accompanied by children. Children must not be left unsupervised at any time in the University Library. The Family Room is not bookable outside of library staffed hours.
