We know that deciding where to study is a big step. And sometimes, even getting to an Open Day can feel like a stretch. Introducing our travel grant: up to £100 of free cash to help ease your journey here.

How our travel grant works

If you're travelling 40 miles or more to attend an Autumn Open Day, or for one of our Enhanced Campus Visits you could claim:

  • £25 for journeys of 40 - 79 miles
  • £50 for journeys of 80 - 149 miles
  • £100 for journeys of 150+ miles

This offer is available for our forthcoming open days and Enhanced Campus Visits on:

  • Wednesday 10 December 2025
  • Wednesday 17 December 2025
  • Wednesday 7 January 2026

The travel fund amount is calculated by the University of Hull. The amount you can claim will be based on the shortest route from the registered home postcode on your booking form to our Cottingham Road campus (postcode HU6 7RX).
