Find out how students from Brazil can study at one of England's oldest universities.
As England’s 14th oldest university, we've come a long way since we were founded in 1927.
Built from nearly one hundred years of tradition, today the University of Hull is a vibrant institution.
Live and study in our friendly community. Whether you choose to live on campus or locally, prepare for a brilliant learning experience and making new friends. To help you fulfil your academic and career potential we offer a supportive environment inside and outside the classroom and have a dedicated team here to help you develop your employability.
At Hull we put our students at the heart of everything we do. This starts from the first enquiry and continues beyond graduation.

Entry requirements vary by course, so make sure you check your course page for the most up to date information.
We offer a number of options for Brazilian students to directly join the first year of undergraduate degree programmes at the University of Hull.
Requirements are as follows:
For undergraduate programmes that have Level 3 subject-specific requirements, the required subject must have been passed (Pass) within the Certificado de Conclusão de Ensino Médio, otherwise, a recognised Foundation Year must be completed.
We also welcome applications to our undergraduate programmes from students who have successfully completed one year of a Brazilian University Bachelor's degree.
If you wish to study with us starting from the second or final year, we are happy to consider applicants who have completed the equivalent prior study. These applications are considered on a case-by-case basis.
You can visit our individual programme webpages for information on the required UCAS points and any Level 3 subject-specific requirements. If you are unsure or have any further questions, please contact us via global@hull.ac.uk.
The majority of our taught Masters programmes require that you hold a qualification equivalent to a lower second-class Bachelor Honours (or 2.2). Please check our course pages for specific entry requirements.
We generally consider a completed Bacharelado or Licenciatura awarded by a nationally recognised higher education institution in Brazil to be comparable to a UK Bachelor Honours degree.
Lower second-class (2.2) equivalentOverall grade of 6.5 out of 10
Upper second-class (2.1) equivalentOverall grade 7.5 out of 10
We also accept some applicable pre-masters programmes, please contact pgadmissions@hull.ac.uk to confirm if your programme is eligible.
