About this award

The University of Hull has a growing population of students from across the whole Asia region. The University of Hull Asia Studentship is here to support students from across Asia to join our diverse campus to study at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

This award is given as a £2,000 tuition fee discount against the cost of a full-time, undergraduate or postgraduate taught programme for each year of study. Applicants must study at the University of Hull’s main campus enrolling on programmes in January 2025, May 2025 and September 2025.

Eligibility

This award is available to students with an international fee status who are nationals of the following countries:

Afghanistan

Bangladesh

Bhutan

Cambodia

India

Korea, Dem. Rep.

Kyrgyz Republic

Lao PDR

Myanmar

Nepal

Pakistan

Philippines

Sri Lanka

Tajikistan

Timor-Leste

Uzbekistan

Vietnam

These countries have been selected as they have been identified as low or lower middle income countries by the World Bank. The University of Hull is committed to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and supports the access of affordable education for many.

Please note, Postgraduate applicants can only hold one financial award from the University of Hull.
