About Dr Neve McLean
I completed my PhD in Infant Nutrition at the University of Otago, exploring how infant feeding practices affect nutrient intake and iron status. After my PhD, I worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Leeds on the interdisciplinary My First 1000 Days study, which involved co-producing a group care programme for caregivers of infants in the first year of life and evaluating its feasibility and acceptability in practice using a prototyping approach.
