Our next airport pickups

Our free airport collection service is available from Manchester and Heathrow airports on the following dates:

  • Wednesday 24 August (Manchester)
  • Friday 26 August (Manchester and Heathrow)
  • Wednesday 14 September (Manchester and Heathrow)
  • Thursday 15 September (Manchester)
  • Friday 16 September (Manchester)
  • Saturday 17 September (Manchester and Heathrow)

If you would like to use the free airport collection service, we suggest that you arrange for your flight to arrive in the UK on one of these dates.

This service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If the service is fully booked or if you arrive on an alternate date, you will have to make your own way to the university.

Please be sure that you carefully read the terms and conditions before you apply for the free airport collection.

Once your travel plans have been finalised, please submit an arrivals form at least three working days before you are due to land. We will not be able to provide collection if you fill in the arrivals form later than three working days before you arrive.

Travel to Hull

If you are not using our free pick up service, we can provide guidance on travelling to Hull from Manchester and Heathrow airports. You may also wish to book rail or coach transport using The Trainline, National Express or Megabus. We cannot provide refunds for money spent on transportation to Hull from your arrival airport if you do not use our collection service.
