Is there a waiting list to get help?

We aim to respond to all self-referrals within 3 working days, or sooner if your needs are urgent or you feel unsafe. Our Student Assistance Programme is available 24/7, with 98% of calls answered within 2 minutes. Students who use the programme’s counselling service are usually matched with a counsellor in less than a week.
