I have purchased my tickets but can’t see them on the app/haven’t received them, what do I do?

Your tickets might not appear immediately so please wait before checking again. To view your tickets, ensure you have logged in with the same details as when you purchased them and click on the correct event. If you still can’t see the tickets please raise a query with AXS.
