Join us for an inspiring online masterclass, a transformative event that will not only enhance your leadership skills but also provide a unique opportunity to gain insights from key academics in the field. This event is also designed as a Q&A session for the online, part-time MSc Healthcare Leadership programme offered by the University of Hull Online.

In a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, leaders who prioritise compassion can truly make a difference in the lives of patients and healthcare professionals. This masterclass will delve into the essential components of leadership and share examples of successful initiatives in healthcare organisations worldwide.

Speakers

Dr Patrick Marshall is the Programme Director of the University of Hull’s MSc in Healthcare Leadership, with over 30 years’ academic and senior leadership experience. His published research examines the impact of professional self-reflection on leaders. Patrick will also be joined by a current MSc student.

Co-Director Jayne Walker has an MSc in Health Studies (Leadership and Education), and works directly with student groups from all levels of academic study. She also works alongside external partners to ensure the training and study delivered is of a high standard. She has extensive experience and knowledge of designing, delivering, assessing, and evaluating programmes of study.
