AIC workspace

An environment designed to encourage collaboration, inspire innovation and accelerate business growth. The AIC building contains high quality office accommodation and facilities.

Based at one of the UK’s greenest business parks, Bridgehead, in a convenient, accessible location close to the Humber Bridge. All the spaces are brand new and fitted-out to the highest specifications.

Office space

Whether you want a desk in a co-working environment, meeting space or a place to speak to like-minded people, the AIC is the perfect place.

With on-site support and access to university expertise, it’s a hub for innovative activity.

Workshop

Where brilliant ideas come to life. Our workshop is home to specialist 3D printers with the capabilities to make plastic, composite and metal prototypes. We have a range of high spec tools and machinery to enable businesses to undertake chemical experiments and test their ideas. Our advanced fabrication zone will have the capabilities to print circuit boards, fabricate novel composite materials, mechanical testing of materials and we have optical microscopes to view the nano-scale.

Conference and events spaces

Inspire your delegates in our state-of the-art conference spaces. Explore ideas and share your expertise. Whether it’s an intimate or a larger event, our well-equipped space is ideal for thought leaders and forward thinkers.
