About this course
The Women Leadership Accelerator is a CMI Level 5 Qualification that is focused on upskilling and accelerating female professionals ability to move into management positions and reduce the gender gap at leadership levels in many organisations. This programme gives a focused perspective for learner son the challenges facing female professionals and the different tools, knowledge and skills needed to progress in their career journey.
