About this course
The module aims to provide the participants with the opportunity to explore the knowledge base that supports the facilitation of teaching, learning and assessing in practice in order to develop the role of the practice educator.
It will enable participants to:
This module can be taken as a stand-alone option in the Faculty Professional Development Qualification Scheme (PDQS) or as an optional module of a pathway in the MSc Health Professional Studies Programme.
The module is a requirement for those registrants who are undertaking the Post Graduate Certificate – Educator in Practice and Post Graduate Certificate – Practice Assessor (Community) programmes.

Evidence of recent academic study normally within the last five years and or potential to achieve level seven outcomes is also required.
