Research interests

My research interests fall predominantly within the Sport Rehabilitation and Strength and Conditioning fields with some cross over into pedagogy.

In particular the impact of strength training interventions on the rehabilitation and prevention of injuries, the impact of concussion within contact sports, as well as the epidemiology of musculoskeletal pathologies with specific interest in those effecting the sacroiliac joint.

I have conducted research relating to the biomechanical alignment of the lower limb and its effect on MCL injury risk.
