Summary

I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse and academic, teaching across BSc Nursing programmes and serving as Programme Director for the Registered Nursing Degree Apprenticeships. My clinical and educational experience supports student development and workforce readiness.

Currently undertaking a PhD in Nursing Studies, my research explores mental health nurses’ use of self within therapeutic relationships, aiming to enhance relational practice and care outcomes.
