Lee Brown

With a background in Operational Leadership across a range of industries and organisations; a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation with a BA (hons) in Socio-Economic Geography and a Masters in HR Leadership and Management, together with a PGDip in Senior Leadership in Business Administration; Lee's specialisms are people-centric and focused upon building effective and high performing teams. Lee directs the operation which provides support to students and staff on all matters related to student and academic administration including (appeals; assessments; certification; complaints; conduct; records; results; systems, quality assurance, compliance and timetabling) underpinning all of our student’s administrative needs during their time at the University. A member of the Association of Higher Education Professionals and Academic Registrars Council. Maintains a regulatory relationships on behalf of the University with bodies as diverse as Student Finance England, QAA, OIAHE, OfS, Ofsted and DfE. Holds institution-wide leadership responsibilities in relation to external agencies and maintenance of core student information and course/module records.
