Summary
With a background in Operational Leadership across a range of industries and organisations; a Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation with a BA (hons) in Socio-Economic Geography and a Masters in HR Leadership and Management, together with a PGDip in Senior Leadership in Business Administration; Lee's specialisms are people-centric and focused upon building effective and high performing teams. Lee directs the operation which provides support to students and staff on all matters related to student administration including (appeals; assessments; certification; complaints; conduct; records; results; systems, and timetabling) underpinning all of our student’s administrative needs during their time at the University. A member of the Association of Higher Education Professionals and Academic Registrars Council. Maintains a regulatory relationships on behalf of the University with bodies as diverse as Student Finance England, QAA, OIAHE, Ofsted and DfE. Holds institution-wide leadership responsibilities in relation to external agencies and maintenance of core student information and course/module records.
