Post-Doctoral Researcher in Occupational Psychology
Léa has completed a PhD in occupational psychology with a focus on new technologies and their potential disruption for work and for the organisational context. She conducted applied research during her PhD in different organisational settings and has therefore gained an understanding of the current challenges companies are facing with the digitalisation of the workplace relating to human factors. Her interests relate to the design of work, job redesign practices for improving work motivation and reducing work stress, and workplace behaviours (e.g., job performance).
