Customer Experience Team Leader
Caroline Wilson is a Customer Experience Team Leader in the Brynmor Jones Library at the University of Hull.
The role involves identifying and providing training and development. Creating, maintaining, and monitoring processes and procedures. Monitoring performance through Service Level Agreements and reacting to trends. Ensuring that colleagues are able to work and collaborate effectively and overseeing the day-to-day operational running of the library. Her remit extends to the Collections Customer Experience Team.
