Summary

With nearly 50 years of experience of developing software and internet working, both in the UK and the US, in industry and academia, Brian is one of the more experienced computer scientists and software engineers at Hull.

I have over 40 years experience of teaching computer science.

I teach at courses at all levels of our computer science degrees. I mainly focus on Computer Networking, Security, Computer Languages and Compilers. I lead the Software Engineering degree programme.
