RESEARCH CULTURE
Turning vision into action
Guided by our Research Culture Action Plan, which sets strategic goals through to 2029, we’re building a supportive, inclusive, and impactful research environment.
Our priorities focus on four key areas:
- Researcher and career development: Offering resources for professional growth
- Time for research: Ensuring researchers have the dedicated space to innovate
- Collaboration across disciplines: Building a collaborative culture for impactful, interdisciplinary work
- Inclusive and responsible practices: Promoting integrity, openness, and inclusivity, with a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
