Alumni Weekender 2025

The Alumni Weekender provides an opportunity for our graduates to return to campus to socialise, network and be inspired with events across the full weekend. The main event is a three-course meal on Saturday night hosted by University Chancellor, the Rt. Hon. Alan Johnson.

The ‘Alumni Weekender’ will take place the weekend of Friday 26th to Sunday 28th September. The main event takes place on Saturday 27th, with Graduates able to choose from a range of optional activities and opportunities to build their weekend to best suit them. Graduates from across the decades have already shown significant interest in this event, with more than half the tickets now sold... we would LOVE you to join them.

Events in the city and on campus

Tickets are £30 per person and include a three-course dinner with entertainment, served in the Kingsley Suite at Canham Turner (previously Staff House). You will then have the option to build the rest of the weekend from a range of options included in your ticket price, ranging from campus tours to sports activities and challenges, and an exclusive tour of the MKM Stadium, home to Hull City AFC. We've also worked with local organisations, Hull Truck and The Deep to offer discounted tickets for attendees who wish to include this in their itineraries.

The full back to university experience

For the full ‘back to university’ experience, a range of on campus accommodation has been made available for you to book. Choose from one of the en-suite rooms or, if you're quick, book one of our few remaining one-bedroom apartments. Accommodation can be reserved for the whole weekend, or just the Saturday night. Click to make your booking.
