The 40% accommodation discount applies to Westfield Court Ensuite and Ensuite Plus rooms only, subject to availability.
The advertised prices of £114 per week (Ensuite) and £119 per week (Ensuite Plus) are based on a 51-week accommodation contract.
Alternative contract lengths may be available. Weekly rates and associated offer benefits may vary depending on the contract length selected.
Students must complete and accept a University accommodation contract before arrival to qualify for the offer.
The complimentary gym membership is valid for the duration of the accommodation contract and is non-transferable.
The £25 Campus Food & Drink credit will be applied once per student and can only be redeemed at participating University outlets. The credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Flexible payment plans are available in line with the University's accommodation payment arrangements.
Group booking requests are subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other accommodation discount, promotion, or incentive unless otherwise agreed by the University.
All bookings are subject to the University's Accommodation Licence Agreement and Accommodation Regulations.
