How does a KTP work?

A KTP is a three-way collaboration involving your business, the University of Hull, and a qualified graduate who works full-time on your innovation project. The university provides academic expertise and research support, while the graduate—employed as a KTP Associate—delivers the project within your organisation.

The University of Hull supports you throughout the process, from project scoping and funding applications to delivery and evaluation. KTPs typically run for 12 to 36 months, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
