Does Hull offer guaranteed university accommodation?

Yes. All new full-time undergraduate students are guaranteed a single-occupancy room within our University owned, managed or directed accommodation. Just as long as you sign up by 31 July in your year of entry.

Our accommodation guarantee applies to full-time, unaccompanied first-year students only. The closing date to guarantee your room is 31 July in your year of entry. If you’re applying through Clearing, the closing date is 1 September in your year of entry. Please note that the University Quarter is not University-owned accommodation.
