About this Taster Session
A fast paced session through the basics of criminal liability. The students will then be introduced to a fictional scenario and the basics of writing a mitigation plea. Working in teams, students will pen a mitigation pleas for their clients to be presented in our courtroom before a judge delivers their decision on who has put together the best plea.
