Summary

I am a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health Research at the University of Hull. My research focusses on improving care for people with alcohol use disorder and cognitive impairment, from more effective identification to developing care pathways that better meet the needs of this population. I have previously been involved in NIHR-funded projects evaluating specialist alcohol teams in hospital and alcohol assertive outreach treatment in community settings.

I hold a PhD in Epidemiology and Public Health from University College London and I am a qualified mental health nurse.
