Lecturer in Criminology and Programme Director for MA in Criminal Justice and Crime Control
Dr Margarita Zernova is a criminology lecturer who teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University of Hull. Her doctoral research involved examining aspirations of restorative justice proponents and practical realities of restorative justice. Dr Zernova subsequently explored issues related to policing in post-Soviet Russia. Her current research revolves around applications of restorative justice in transitional contexts.
