"Hull is a fantastic place to study with many international students, so it is really easy to find some new friends and to learn new cultures. It is in a great location. The University of Hull is superb and really well organised. The staff are kind and always helpful.

"I would recommend to anyone to come and study here in Hull. It is such a brilliant and unique experience – you will not regret it!"

"I believe that studying at the University of Hull has given me the opportunity to study the degree most suited to my interests, due to the wide range of courses that the Business School provides.

"The support I get from my department, as well as the great facilities that the University offers have helped me achieve my potential and do well in my chosen degree.

"The social side has also been amazing. I joined the football and lacrosse teams but there are many more sports and societies to suit everyone’s interest.

"The city itself also has a lot to offer, ranging from a variety of nightlife choices to peaceful walks and quirky cafes."

"This is my second year in Hull, and so far it has been the most amazing time of my life. The people, the course, the University and the city itself have made me feel that I belong here, and that I can take a step towards achieving something even bigger in building my career.

"What I have valued most is that everything around here helps you ‘grow up’, but does not let you forget to enjoy yourself. It is the first time I have ever lived independently, but I feel safe at the same time.

"When I walk in the University I get inspired. The lecturers are always available and are committed to encourage and guide their students. Hull gives its students access to innumerable resources and makes sure that students participate in social events. And because Hull gives you the opportunity to join a lot of activities, everyone can fit in and be surrounded by people with common interests.

"Academically speaking, you surround yourself with people who have goals. Hull has made me enjoy myself in every sense. Actually, it feels like home."
