Midwifery programmes
Three year degree programme applications

All applications must be made via UCAS.

Midwifery (Short Programme) applications

Applications are made direct to the University using the following downloadable forms

This programme is now full for 2018. The application deadline for February 2019 entry on the short course is 30 September 2018.

The short programme BSc (Hons) and PGDip in Midwifery will be fully funded by Health Education England for the February 2018 intake which means that all course fees are paid and the students will be salaried for the duration of the programme.

We are awaiting confirmation whether this programme will be funded for the February 2019 intake. 

Post-qualifying programmes (CPD)

Returning completed application forms - employed by NHS in the Yorkshire and Humber LETB (YHLETB):

You must photocopy your completed application form and return the photocopy to:

The original, together with the Manager's Support and Study Fee Payment form should be sent to your  Training and Development Department.

 If you are not employed by the NHS in the Yorkshire and Humberside LETB please return your completed forms to the address above.

Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (and associated Postgraduate Certificate) (Secondary Care) – Application Form
