About the course

The MA in Digital Media offers you the opportunity to explore digital media practice and management, engaging critically and creatively with problems focused around digital media . The programme capitalises on sector needs in delivering applicants who understand the role that digital media can play across different business functions, including marketing, IT, and executive management.

You are encouraged to explore professionally-driven issues and concentrate on resolving complex scenarios, through creative problem solving. Our programme enables you to understand how digital media can be used to effectively communicate ideas and how it can be used in larger challenges, such as those posed by “big data”.

Fees and funding

  • Home/EU: £6,755
  • Home/EU (part-time): £750 (20 credits), £2,250 (60 credits), £3,380 (90 credits)

Part-time fees are charged pro-rata to the full-time fee, according to the number of credits being studied.

Entry requirements

A good first degree preferably in Digital Media related subject areas, 2.2 (or equivalent) or above is desirable but not essential. 

We accept applications throughout the year to enable you to start at the next available academic year.

International students

If you require a Tier 4 student visa to study or if your first language is not English you will be required to provide acceptable evidence of your English language proficiency level.
