Faculty of Health Sciences Theoretical Principles of Colonoscopy Continuing Professional Development Individual module Level of study Please select a level How to apply What you'll study This module has been developed to meet both the increasing demands of Post Graduate Education within Medical Careers and Advancing Practitioner roles within the Health care Environment. The module aims to provide the student with the necessary knowledge and understanding required in which to underpin the specialised practice of Colonoscopy. The provision of medical training has been under review and subsequently shortened, placed an increased focus on Post Graduate Training and Education, as articulated within the Modernising Medical Careers Agenda. The Module forms part of the Masters pathway, Colonoscopy, and aims to provide an alternative to the traditional 2 year break form medical training in which to study for a higher degree, as described by the Post Graduate Education and Training Board. The module is also suitable for other Healthcare workers qualified to BSc in a related subject.
