Faculty of Health Sciences Theoretical Advanced Endoscopy Continuing Professional Development Individual module Level of study Please select a level How to apply What you'll study This module is designed to provide the student with extended knowledge in Advanced Endoscopy with particular reference to modern techniques beyond the level of basic upper gastrointestinal endoscopy or lower GI endoscopy. The structure and theoretical components of the module enable students to gain critical, extended knowledge and understanding of both upper and lower GI endoscopy whilst focussing on their preferred are of practice within the assessment. The module will be facilitated by a variety of clinicians, highly experienced nurses and other allied health professional with extended experience within this area as part of the continued commitment to the inter-professional learning agenda within the university. It is recognised that there is considerable benefit from shared learning alongside other disciplines within the healthcare arena.
