The aim of this module is to explore the developing professional role of the Operating Department Practitioner in context with an ever changing healthcare service. The module will also engage the student in a process of self-analysis and assessment with regard personal and organisational abilities, exploring areas of further development within the context of their professional role. This modules is also available through the Associate Practitioner pathway.
