You'll explore collaborative working within the context of the integrated care agenda and develop an awareness of the key national public health issues. With this knowledge, you'll then explore recommendations that contribute to an improved health outcome for patients and clients. Starts in: Duration: September 12 weeks (1 semester) May 12 weeks (1 semester) This module is delivered on Thursday mornings (for those starting in September) and on Wednesday mornings (for those starting in May).
