The End of Life Care module can be taken as a single module or as part of the Associate Practitioner/Nursing Associate programmes. Assessment This module is assessed by a portfolio of evidence equivalent to 2000 words demonstrating developing knowledge, understanding and skills required for End of Life Care (100%).
