What you'll study

This module is for students to explore and recognise issues that contribute to effective communication so that they can develop and enhance their skills in the workplace.

The module is designed primarily for those working in the health and social care sector, though applicable to other sectors, and is a core module in the Associate Practitioner Programme It is also available for students on other programmes or who wish to take a stand alone module at level 4.

This module is delivered on Wednesday mornings on campus.
