Faculty of Health Sciences Developing Strategic Influence Continuing Professional Development Individual module Level of study Please select a level How to apply What you'll study This module is designed to enable students to: Explore the concept of strategy/strategic thinking Acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to influence developments at a strategic level within their organisation Develop confidence in their ability to articulate ideas and present convincing arguments Examples of the topics covered include: The nature of strategic thinking and its application to professional practice Futures Thinking Organisational strategy and its development Making Decisions in the Context of Risk and Uncertainty Leading strategically Influencing Skills and Political Behaviour Inter-professional/Partnership working Working with conflict Starts in: Duration: January 12 weeks (1 semester) This module is delivered on Thursdays 9am - 11.50am on campus.
