What you'll study

This module has been designed to give you the opportunity to develop a critical understanding of the nature of and relationships between creativity, innovation and change. You'll explore and critically debate the way in which creativity and innovation may be harnessed and promoted to support organisational change. You'll also explore how change might be effectively promoted and managed within the context of health and social care.
