What you'll study

This module aims to prepare advanced practice students to use an evidence-based clinical assessment framework, to inform effective intervention, patient referral, and as a basis to develop their own domain specific assessment skills.

This module utilises a systems based approach to clinical assessment that draws on a clear understanding of clinically related anatomy and physiology and is informed by current literature, theory and research to ensure effective and safe practice. After successful completion of this module, you'll be able to effectively assess, diagnose and identify potential differential diagnosis.
