Please ensure that you include in your application, details of the UK Professional Body (NMC, HCPC) that you are registered with, the registration number and the expiry date.

Once your application has been received, you will be asked to download a Managers Support and Study Fee form. Your manager should complete the Manager Support section and your Training and Development Department must fully complete Part B of the Study Fee form.
