Summary

Tracey moved into higher education following a career in the National Health Service where she held a wide variety of clinical, operational and strategic roles.

At the University of Hull, she has held several director-level positions related to both enterprise and postgraduate / professional post-qualifying education.

Tracey is passionate about knowledge transfer and leadership, as reflected in her teaching and external consultancy work.

Postgraduate supervision

Tracey welcomes applications for supervision in her specialist areas. She has supervised numerous Masters level projects, as well as organisational consultancy projects, research projects, literature reviews and, more recently, healthcare improvement projects.
