Summary

I completed my PhD on the foraging ecology and environmental interactions of breeding European nightjars (Caprimulgus europaeus) in South Yorkshire, in September 2019 and began my position as postdoctoral researcher at the University of Hull in November 2019.

Prior to undertaking my Masters and PhD, I worked for several charitable environmental organisations and for local authorities, advising on land management and writing management plans for policy.

I have a strong interest in the practical applications of ecological research and how we can use animal movement and behavioural information to improve conservation management.
