Summary

Lisa Whitehouse is a Reader in Law and has worked at the University of Hull since 1997. She graduated from Hull in 1993 with a First Class Honours Degree in Law and completed her PhD examining the law of mortgage in 1999.

She has written extensively on the practical operation of housing possession cases and is currently engaged in a project designed to learn more about the court system's response to the COVID-19 pandemic in eviction cases and how occupiers experience arrears and the threat of loss of home.
